Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

That looks tasty chicken stew tends to be bit bland. That chicken breast and some veg boiled up? Looks nice colour

Terry it's three Chicken thighs I like them better than breast. Much cheaper and tend not to dry out so much. Try to put as much veg as I can in, Purple Sprouting (put in close to the end)is coming at the moment in the garden and a leek always goes well with Chicken mate. Another thing is Chicken stock goes in which I save in the freeze in Chinese takeaway containers, I aways boil up the Chicken carcass after a roast.

No shortage here mate.

Morrisons had quite a few today, but I usually buy mine from a grocers as they are better and ripe. They will have Isle of Wight tomato's soon and they are brilliant.

Cheers Arry
