Huge 4 day BBQ here over the jubilee weekend, people even came from the states, I was stuffed yesterday on corn bread, chicken,mashed potato and gravy, I could hardly move, but I did the world's only inter-provincial zip-line over the river to Quebec afterwards.

Well got a Ninja air fryer couple weeks ago still playing with. Found Spare Ribs, Lamb Chops and KFC flavoured Chicken in Panko bread crumbs. But midday snack Chip Butty was cracking.

Any body got some good recipes for the Ninja would be very much appreciated ?

Full chicken done again in ours again tonight, the oven only gets used for things that don't fit in it. Have you tried any of the one pot pasta dishes in the pressure cooker?
