Just trying to keep Wifey of it before it cools a bit. After being advised to start eating Brown Bread or Granary which I now do I have noticed I no longer get reflux. If you was closer Keith I would have you round for a slap up mate. If you are ever down my way look me up and let me know I will sort a dinner. You can keep the Lurpak mate bit of Anchor Butter for me but thats getting pricey mind. Wifey does okay mate I do all the cooking as she works being younger than me.
