Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Just finished up breakfast. Scrambled eggs , sausage patties , bacon , biscuits ( American, so help me if someone calls these scones ) aannnd the guys asked me to make a some sausage/country gravy from scratch so... Came out ok I think

I’m always curious about this American “gravy”…. What’s it made from?

Is a biscuit a scone? Watched loads a tank films with biscuits in, my fave ever was the biscuit eater haha what a movie, but I thought they would have been harder then scones, a good scone is hard to beat with a brew haha

No,biscuits are often savoury and different texture,I actually enjoy a decent biscuit with gravy.President trump will put a hefty tariff on your mole traps for even suggesting a biscuit is a scone.

Nope,different texture,jump on a flight stateside,walk into a PNW diner,ask for biscuits and gravy,different.

It's a roux ie flour and butter white sauce seasoned with rosemary thyme whatever , think cauliflower cheese without the cauliflower or cheese lol
