How the hell is that help full. .lol

Pentewan at 07:00 this morning. Cheers, D.

We usually head south for our holidays but, because of all the 'f**k off' signs and general pissyness from the locals over the last few months, we went north this year and, I'm glad we did

I'm thinking of visiting the land of the inbred this summer if possible.

It's a nightmare on the Web, anybody know which site is best for Cornwall?

Also, where would you recommend that's good for kids with a nice place to have a meal and a drink or two.

It would have to be somewhere with decent access to the beach if possible, thinking cottage or caravan.

This is a cracking site mate. Been twice. Very popular and is probably fully booked for the rest of this season.

Last time we went we picked our pitch and booked it on a Monday in November when bookings opened for the following season.. get in there nice and early so probably not use to you this year.

PENTEWAN.CO.UK

Five-star, family-friendly holiday park in Cornwall. Pitch your tent or caravan next to our golden beach, stay in a luxury holiday home and enjoy fab facilities.

Try "Poly Joke camp site" if in a van or tent great little place if you have kids, sand pit in the middle of the field for them.

That road up over the hill will take you to a Pub which does food big screen etc.

Loads more beaches in surrounding area.

COOLCAMPING.COM

Lovely, small, secluded site near the pounding Atlantic surf.

Loads of Rabbits in that hill at the back of the beach. Or at least there was when I was there last.

Pop round your old mate south hams and stay in the cupboard with him, apparently once you get used to sleeping stood up it’s quite nice ??

Harlyn Sands caravan and camping is worth a look mate.
Easy access to Harlyn bay down a path from the site.
Loads of camping in the summer as they open up a field below the site for camping and tourers.
