jiggy 3,208 Posted December 23, 2018 Report Share Posted December 23, 2018 I cracked ribs a few times and found pepper on the moustache helps relieve the breathing through sneezing and 200 sit ups first thing in morning when body is at its sorest and stiffist is excellent for physio and recovery .Hope this helps. Blocklaying ain't no fun with cracked ribs I can tell you that. Thing is there is nothing a hospital or doctor can do so it's suffer on and they heal themselves. First 2 weeks are the worst.
