I saw a rafter of Turkey up a tree this morning in broad daylight at first I wondered what they were, big birds up a tree on the side of the highway, maybe 10 of them, then I saw they were Turkey, cold and deep snow so I am wondering if the weather had a bearing on their behaviour.

Seen quite a few wild turkey going up to roost in the last week, they are hunkering down in the snow.
