eastcoast 4,572 Posted July 19 Report Share Posted July 19 Gents, I know this is a photography thread not insect ID but also aware that there are some very knowledgeable people on here, anyone know what this is? Crap photo from me as usual but couldn't get any closer as it was top of a wall on a stair. Very chunky and ragged wings so very moth like but I was once told that moths cannot fold their wings at 90 degree to the body, only butterflies can do that. Odd to find a butterfly indoors.
