bobcullen79 1,495
Funny thing is, theres a few mentioned takeaway/foreign food, but when you go on holiday, particularly anything over a week,(and especially out of europe) you find yourself craving the most basic of English dishes. Gimme a decent sausage/pie and mash, roast n veg, or even egg and chips. Spanish eggs taste funny..

Phil Lloyd 10,739
I virtually live on various Curries,.but,..I do love,.Corn Beef Hash with three or four, nice free range eggs... Just made Corned Beef Hash for dinner tonight Had to add my little twist, always cook a few extra roast spuds on sunday, mix with leftover veg and make a bubble out of it. Put the hash into ovenproof dishes, top with the bubble mix, top that with grated mature cheddar and a few slices of tomato and into the oven for it to heat up and the cheese to melt.. lovely grub. Do love homemade steak and kidney pudding or pie.. pretty much anything homemade. The wife's idea of doing the cooking involves opening packets or jars Stop it man,..pleeeze....

I miss Fruit gums and Square crisps the most but seriously would kill for decent sausages, smoked back bacon, gravy and or a decent shin beef and potato pie. Bloody Spanish don't even know what a decent pie is ffs.... As for marzipan I would make paedophiles eat it as punishment nasty horrible shoite lol
