Lid 194 Posted June 24, 2014 Report Share Posted June 24, 2014 Hi folks - I can't quite work put what has exactly happened here as the first post seems to be a second or third post, so i am guessing the original first few posts have been removed for legal reasons maybe. However I always advise everyone who tells me about an animal or bird problem to keep well clear of the Rs P Ca and the RS p B and never ever give them any money. dymented 2,220 Posted June 26, 2014 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2014 There also now seems to be a bit of confusion over who seized the dogs an investigator called the rspca was told in a statement by the rspca that the police seized the dogs not us ( the rspca ) so he called the police and asked some questions which they commented on has mr A been charged, yes they replied, what was he charged with ,let me go and look was the reply, sorry mr A has not been charged with any matter regarding this incident its down to the rspca as they seized his dogs all the evidence they had was sent to the cps who said in no charges could be made (a photo of a dog retrieving a dead fox that was shot ! is the evidence they have ) I can not wait to get my day in court and it all comes out !! Who in the right mind would kennel a dog about to drop pups with other dogs ?? then give different accounts and dates as to what had happened (the rspca ) 11 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

How can that be an independent investigation if he works along side him so much for the Independent Police Complaints Commission He cannot find fault with him so he says I asked him if it was normal practice for members of the public to take property that had been seized home with them like Jody Gordon has been doing No comment was the reply ( i have Jody Gordon recorded on my phone telling me after the second interview about one of my flash drives setting his anti virus off at his home so he didn't get chance to look ) 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
