Recommended Posts

the only thing your allowed to do in Scotland unchecked is drink, everything else the English have passed laws on it so you scotch natives arnt allowed to use it. and that's what happens when city folk run the country they think all the animals are from the Disney movies so protect them from all the savage hunters with the devil dogs with red eyes and black curly teeth.

Catching rabbits for money and having to work every warren no matter how difficult under pressure is completely different to having a chilled out holiday when I can pick and chose what warren and when

Surely if you are a professional pest controller, you can claim loss of earnings: the rabbits: if they are incinerated.

Under the scottish protection of wild animal act, they have to prove that you were intentionally/deliberately hunting hares and not rabbits, just stick to " you only hunt rabbits as pest control " they cant prove otherwise. The Procurator fiscal has lost a couple of cases on this at Dumfries, they may not bring charges now if in doubt.

Anything for a charge these c**ts, make it like they are earning their wages, I wonder what would happen if you told them that once the case is thrown out of court, you will be contacting your lawyer and pursuing a case of wasting police time against the arresting officer, Do you think that's feasable? :hmm:
