mighty celt 996
i like groves he is getting better every fight,he will be a world champion at some stage,he is not ready for froch yet i think the early rounds would be close and froch would drag him in to a tear up in the later rounds and have to much power for groves,
*The*Field*Marshall* 674
I see this fight as nothing more than a warm up for Froch before another block buster fight for him. . Groves has nothing that would bother Carl, his only hope is that the cobra grows old, fast! . . Froch floored Groves sparring, that's with 16/18oz gloves on, pillows compared to the 10oz ones they use on fight night! I hope for a good ref. .
martinhalli 735
think it would be a good fight but i fancy groves to beat him think hes got a big future, fast hands and a decent punch. i've a feeling froch will give up the ibf title and turn the fight down, if he gets beat theres no chance of a rematch with ward. and thats the fight he wants. s.e.s.k.u 1,893
Can't see the fight happening too much of a risk on frochs part . Groves is a good fighter but id back froch if it did happen .

salukixgrey 779
i think froch got to much ring craft for groves think it would be a good fight but he would drag him in. some people i speak to dont rate froch but i think he a warrior and good at his job. i like watching his fights hes got a heart of a lion and a chin like granite.. to early for groves i think the cobra all the way.... the_stig 6,614
I`d like to see this fight happening further down the line with both fighters with eddie hearns matchroom its a potential banana skin for either fighter -- cant see froch turning it down lose this one and the other title wont carry any weight --possibly up to 8 decent fights out there for froch ---with hbo to some extent calling the shots eddie hearns got some match making to do if frochs got 3 fights left in him they need to be big earners froch wont run from anyone its other people calling the shots now .. hbo, matchroom, and the governing bodies.if it comes off I think froch will be to much for groves but nowdays I always get the feeling with him that each fight could be his last..
the_stig 6,614
frochs camp have applied for an extension from ibf -- and theres talk of oct/nov stadium fight for the wbc title ...
hillbilly boy 109
The fight is to soon for groves froch's experience will shine through
*The*Field*Marshall* 674
Where's gnash? I think he was at Froch's last fight and therefore would've seen them both in action, be interested to know his thoughts. . Certainly worth a shot for Groves, he'd be on a massive pay day, the pressure wouldn't be on him as he'd be a heavy underdog and providing he didn't take a sustained beating, he'd come again in the future at just 25 years of age. . ?
