    Suppose I've been lucky over the yrs,lots of places I dug on permission, weren't the easiest of places to get too,or pleasant enough to hang about lurking waiting to catch someone out....the mobile phone was the final nail in the coffin for the digging) lamping game imo....some folks just can't help themselves...     We had some handy ones about us 20 yrs back, would go into anything....rough old working style on the dogs mind,they didn't learn any manners,the bitches were steady you could get multiple digs with them....Oakes and Oxcroft prefix from memory....I had a first x border/Lakeland bitch bred out of them...killed a decent black digging bitch I had it kennelled with at 11 months old...ended up with a keeper down Cornwall way...was one of the hardest dogs)bitches I've ever worked,a liability tbh, wouldn't keep anything like it these days

    First thing we changed on ours ,was the washers on the tap/shower heads...cost pennies TBF...my brother(20 stone elephant )cracked the shower tray, wrecked up at Boomtown found a lad who re-coats them with a protective spray( same stuff they weatherproof the rear tubs on the pick ups)charged me £450 ,lots cheaper than cutting out the whole tray and replacing and sealing...used a new outlet and cut out the old rotten boards underneath and replaced with 18 mm marine ply then under sealed with that sholtzs stuff...only other issue,was finding a glass cooker hood( opened the cupboard and my ket

    I knew that,having an early night,waking up this morning ... would bring good news...The Dosser was found out again for the second time...best of 5 now is it??? 4 stone heavier/big beard to cushion the blows....and still a shit show The Man and his whole family/entourage are a f***ing disgrace...how many more times are the Mugs gonna make excuses for Him???

    I would personally screw on the rails and gravel boards,then use 40/50 mm ring shank nails and a hammer for the boards Joe.. start from the bottom of the garden and work up when fixing the feather edge...level your first board,always fixing to the top rail,then knock up a spacer block/jig to get the correct overlap on each board, normally 3 boards per foot,chuck a level on and double check every metre or so
