that I agree with? but something needs to be done imo, about the sheer volume of dogs being bred with no concerns whatsoever about temperament ,some sort of 'competence' test before being allowed to own certain breeds maybe?got to be better than an all out ban (because that will more than likely be pushed for shortly))?..those of us with a brain, would have nothing to fear eh??
