  1. I see that this particular item is on sale for 54euros. Am open to offers plus postage. Jok.
  2. King KDS made in Japan. 1000 grit one side and 6000 grit the other. 207mm x 66mm x 36mm. Jok.
  3. I’ve a Chinese Waterstone. Needs soaking for a day. Double sided. Certainly gives a sharp edge. Jok.
  4. Am I missing something here? Why would you need a marker when all you do is drill straight through your work and fix? Giving you a bit of advice, all your local window companies use these fixings and will sell them to you for next to nowt. They come in 60/90/100/120mm. Saves you going to Wickes and buying 100 of something that you don’t need. Only my opinion. Jok.
  5. Thinking about it. The only thing to make sure of is not going too near to the edge of (if that is the structure) either brick or stone. The drilling would probably split the edge and then clearly the screw would have no core to go into. Hope that makes sense pal. Jok.
  6. Yes my friend. Straight through the lot, pack and fix. Simples. Jok.
  7. As Brambles says, 6mm straight through your work and into the concrete. The fixings make their own thread and provided you pack the gap between you work will not distort the frame. No need for plugs. We have been using this fixing for quite a few years and thank the good Lord for not needing Rawlplugs any more. Jok.
  8. Sorry geezers. Have never really looked at emoji’s before other than the sad face. Thought I was doing the right thing in as much as being happy with the response. Shan’t bother in future. Jok.
  9. tb25. My future son in law is with me now. He owns, with his dad, and runs an MMA gym in the centre of Leicester. I have asked him about this as my daughter did exactly what you are considering. Apparently there are places available in Burton and Derby which entail 8 weeks one to one training and a fight date. Clearly there is more to it than this and he has sent me a link, which, if you want, I’ll forward to you. Alternately as mentioned just have a go with Tomo. Jok.
  10. Are you near Leicester? Jok.
  11. Well my annual winning streak came to a shuddering halt. Returned £68 from £100 placed with 2 bets on the Friday still to come. Breakfast was superb as was the company, not to mention 9 bottles of wine. We had a good un. Jok.
  12. At last years meeting I did a lucky 15 (£1 each way) cost me £30.) handed me back £4554.63. Haven’t had a bet since but am going to my mates today and might have a flutter. Defo a drink or two. Jok.
  13. Think on the positive side Borr. Crushed shell and my chickens are happy. Jok.
  14. I thought Greyman may have commented. Jok.
  15. It was reading Murphy’s comments that pushed me on. I have had these traps for a few years but, as things do, never got used. They are going in next Tuesday so hopefully I’ll post a result shortly afterwards. Jok.
  16. Well. After a lot of deliberation, a lot of information and a lot of advice I’ve opted for 3 different types of bait. Boilies, bananas and pilchards in oil. I’m going to try in 4 different locations with the above. Have you any comments on bait lads ? Jok.

    Conspiracy

Strange but true. Was on RAF Upper Heford many moons ago and we had a red alert which meant total shut down and F1 ll’s giving it large. I somehow got into a conversation during this time with a widow who was assured her late husband was not dead but actually in service on the dark side of the moon. I think this fits your starter. Jok.
  18. Good morning sir. Hardy 9’6” no. 7 basically as new. 2 x Airflow reels with 2 spare spools all loaded with floating, intermediate and fast sink lines. Approx 800 flies in 7 different boxes, landing net spools and spools of various weight nylon and the usual mix of odd and ends like tweezers, Berber knife torch etc. The rod is in its original bag and hard tube. I guess you will come back with ‘how much’ but an offer would be better. I would post pictures if you are interested. Jok.
  19. This is the lightweight poachers box which I made a lot of. They are perfect for 2 small jills. I think I have one partly made. I’ll have a look later. Selling them at £35 which included door to door delivery. Does this interest you? Jok.
  20. The Koran held between the elbow and the rib cage certainly holds back the severity of the pain but humility is the ultimate aim. Jok.
  21. Just for the record, can a Saudi male be accused of rape or is the female assumed promiscuous? Do they still bury victims up to the chin and stone them to death? In Jeddah, on chop square, do they still cut the hands off thieves with a fairly healthy crowd watching and baying for blood? I could go on. This for Chartpolski. Jok.
  22. Having spent 26 years in the Kingdom, I wonder if you would explain exactly what’ a lash ‘ is and how it is administered? This to Chartpokski. Jok.
