I imagine I speak for quite a few people. Probably you'd be very welcome but distance is a bummer. Reading posts there appears to be a fair bit in your locality so hopefully one or two will give you a chance. Don't, however, hold your breath. It takes a lot of time and effort to get permissions which are not shared . Tough old world. Also, have you noticed the number of posts stating that numbers are down and in some instances non existent. You really need to use your own skills in speaking to land owners in a way that pleases. Rubbing salting the wound. As we were setting up on Sunday, the sky went black with the amount of pigeon. We stopped what we were doing to simply watch the numbers. If youv'e been on a salt marsh when the geese come in then you'll have the general idea. Simply thousands. The keeper has relented and wants some knocked down. What a predicament. Still got the old system. When I have a downer, which isn't very often, on it comes and invariably Who Live At Leeds comes on or Tommy. Full blast with the phones on. Fckg Magic. Still got boxes and boxes of singles but at the same time have hundreds of cassettes which I obtained whilst in the Middle East. Most are a Riyadh label aptly named 747. Jok.

Just had a word with the lovely one about the pastry. We tried different ways when doing goose Wellington and all looked similar to yours. Venison Wellington we do the same way and the answer is straight forward puff pastry. Only our opinion. Jok.
