If your wanting the light kept out then youll need to make rebated shutters so they overlap and stop the light coming through, you can make them bifold or just 2 singles that close into one another, if your trying to make them right then you need the right tools if you dont have the right tools then employ somebody who does, any door that closes into a rebate needs a 2 mm gap at the hinge side so you will need a foam/felt strip or specially designed hinge that closes tight, corner to corner is longer than end to end
