  1. Could be anywhere in earth in a tunnel situation like where I work gas tests for carbonmonoxide are taken at every level ground mid and crown of tunnel and is found at all levels

  3. Carbonmonoxide is slightly lighter than air and will form pockets in the higher parts of earth eventually but will linger and not brake down
  4. carbonmonoxide has no smell qnd the amount needed to kill a dog or fox would not be noticed on break through as a subterranean worker we are very aware of how fast gas can kill and travel
  5. Choked mate bad do that maybe gas in the earth edited to say I've dug to dead ferrets before 2 in one earth put it down to gas methane or carbonmonoxide both can be produced naturally in an earth

This is dog was a very laid back pup until a husky jumped him while he was still on the lead I being me kicked.the cnut out of the man's dog in front of him now dog wants to eat every husky or gsd he sees but only being 23 tts this can be touch and go in public places shame realy as he loves to play with all other types of dog
  9. I recon it would do well they are a very clever dog I'm a scaffolder and had one follow me up a 16 ft ladder on to the boarded lift once at a job had to carry the little fecker back down

  14. have thought of that I got 18 acres of wood and scrub 20 foot from me house but there is a shit load of rabbits on it tried clearing them but can't seem able but I must say my rabbiting terrier is second to none because of it lol edited to say the pup rags a shot one goes mad on em

Does anybody use them I've just build one out of scaffold boards 9 inch high 7 inch wide and 8 feet long for my patt pup to get him used to confined spaces he wouldn't go in for a ball or a sausage but he fair flew in when I dragged an old fox tail through we shoot a fair few foxes this time of year I think I'll keep all the tails now ! Edited to say my 6 year old rabbiting russell went mental for it

Have to agree with nasher I've used a flirt with every dog I've had lurcher or terrier shorter pole is best if you want a dog to run at a lure buy a lure machine flirt is all about twist turn even jump short burst work get heart rate up let it drop and bring it up again makes em strong fit and agile as been said lurcher pups learn to strike fast when using a flirt edited to say I use a 6ft boat rod
  19. I live in kent and ran lurchers for 22 years stopped end of last season admittedly I always kept to a small group of friends and am not a show goer and in the circle I kept there have been 3 bull x in all them years pre ban I took many fox with a lot of different types of lurcher
  20. My earlyest experiences were with my dad and his uncle and cousins ferreting then a little digging when I was in my early teens
  21. I live on a smallish island in kent we have wind turbines and a solar farm I personally would rather have these than a power station it's the lesser of two evils I suppose
