I think we should be aiming to reduce the world population. Resources will be used at a slower rate, there will be less people to cause pollution, and less of the countryside getting built on for housing etc. All good for hunting.

From what I've read it was a bad mistake. If you want to keep the headchoppers at bay I think the only way to do that is to let Assad rule Syria. Russia and Iran are not going away soon.

I like a Russian gorka mountain suit. It's weather resistant and windproof rather than being waterproof, but for £60 you get very hard wearing jacket and trousers. Get them second hand off eBay and they'll be well broken in. If you find them hard on the sole you can change the insole to something more suitable.

I hated squats....just can't get the technique correct. Probably trying to lift to heavy and doing it all wrong. For very little money you could knock up a decent set up. It's only the free weights and plates that cost a f***ing fortune. It's worth finding someone who does powerlifting or Olympic style weightlifting to get your squatting technique nailed. It'll help prevent injuries from bad technique, and you won't find a better exercise for lower body strength.

I think one of the reasons for uniform and hairstyle rules at school is to prevent bullying, as the pupils will be less likely to be picked on for their appearance. I would tell your laddie get his head down, stuck into studying and stick to the school dress rules, as after a few years he'll be old enough to leave, get a job and dress how he pleases.
