    A friend of mine was well into rottys. He always had bitches. He took in a dog that someone else couldnt control amd said he was always unsure with it.     I agree flacko but everyone keeps lookin at me funny when I turn up wi mi little yellow net on a garden cane! I am using my carp rods at the minute which are fine for the trent but Im hoping to get onto other venues this year so need to sort mi tackle to suit. Plus I believe in buying decent tackle and it lasts. Fortunately most tackle now is decent and reasonably priced.

I was going to get a pair of greys pb range but a friemd of mine has both daiwa and greys rods and prefers the daiwa ones. Just after opinion of others. Im after a barbel rod with an avon too 2.25 for batteling the trent but also a quiver top for placea like swale, dearne, wye etc because Id like to give them a go aswell.

    I feel bad now...... Do you have any nets yet micheala? I bought some bisley ones last year as back ups but never used them, you will find out that they arent the best and you will want to replace them if you get into it properly but you can have them if you want and itll get you started. I could post them to you. I would come over and show you the little I know but Im pretty sure the wife would not approve of me spending the day with a woman I met through an internet forum. Especially if she found out you worked on a farm, had a load of permission and were into ferretin!

I only got into it a couole years back and people on here are helpful, its also worth readin the threads you dont reply to because theres a lot of people on here who know some good stuff!

    This was 7 pellets at 43 yards. The gun is crazy accurate....as all HW100s are! Buyer could have a shoot in my garden before taking away if they wanted.
