    so weight has gone down from 14st 9pounds to 14st 1 pound so far and allready feeling a lot more spritely.have tried the kefir and it tastes bad so must be good for you.the cherry one seems to be the best so i will stick with that.got the results from the doctor and my number was 5.9 so a little high but not to bad.really want to get down to 13st 7 pounds which at 5ft 6 is still a lot i know but i work out so i think that is where i will stop.just really about wanting to lose weight and sticking to the goal of eating less shite.

    thank you all for your help.diet is being improved.exercise is now getting back to normal after covid,chest infection and flu.can you get kefir tablets.

    so i had a blood test and have been told it is high.how high who knows as it is top secret.will not send me my results by email.why ?.have to book an appointment over the phone to discuss or register for online services.why is it so difficult to just send me the results by email ?.

    marlins were the carrier on the 44m and the .357m.but that was my fault as it is a known part to fail.the henry has been the rear part of the firing pin and now the front part has broken.again this is a known fault.the shop should have changed both parts but did not.but again all my fault for buying the gun in the first place.just for laughs i had a timney trigger put in my .223 rem and that broke but that must have been my fault aswell i suppose.the firing pin broke on that rifle aswell but again that was my fault.bit like my hw98 that broke from new within 300 shots my fault.had a tune done

    only just spotted that my scope was very dirty on my prosport.thought it looked a bit cloudy up the range earlier.

    bought the .177 s510 in walnut about 2 months ago plus bushnell elite 6500 2.5x16x42. prosport is a week old in .177 with a bushnell elite 6500 4.5x30x50.
