i Got it wrong its 40 questions, not 40 pages. The problem is, In recent times the only people able to afford rural properties are those retiring from the city. The years of the youngsters born in the villages, being able to afford to stay in the villages has sadly long gone. The advances in farming machinery and practices has also reduced the amount of people working on the land. You will only solve fuel security by reducing the number of people here, Estimates show that the population would need to be around 30 million to allow us to be self sufficient in food, If Immigration had been stopped or capped then this reduction would have happened naturally over time, But that would not have fitted the globalists agenda.

Been in a few of those places myself and not all are council properties either.
