Spoke to this girls husband yesterday. Fit young women in her early 30s not getting much better after 10 days, but thankfully not needing hospital treatment yet. Shook me up to be honest seeing the fear in the lads eyes

Mines nearly 7 & he never stops asking for food mate. I’m breaking off two squares of chocolate at a time for them both like wartime rationing ?

Kids get through some food under these circumstances don’t they mate? My kids sometimes have a second breakfast then an hour later start asking about lunch ffs! ? I was really well organised first few weeks, but it’s a struggle to keep up now......there’s always something needs buying

It’s confirmed now. My boy go’s back on the 15th.....but my daughter, the younger kids not straight way, so the little school is not too packed. We shall see, can’t say I’m not concerned, but something has to give at some point. Just hope it’s not too soon?

I agree & that’s coming from someone who has used it in one form or other on & off for most of his adult life. I live on a row of 6 houses & 3 out of them including myself have a history. All six houses drink. The conclusion for me, just like alcohol, is it’s an extremely common release.......& will never decline, just like alcohol. So it’s time to accept that world wide & stop wasting our time & resources policing it.

Oh for sure. Our little group had a legendary find when we were ferreting a hedge along a lane. Two packages wrapped in brown paper had been placed neatly on the side of lane, this was first light on a frosty morning. We ripped into those packages like vultures to find hardcore German porn videos & mags......well the ferreting went out the fcuking window! ?? I was 11 at the time.......it was all a bit much for me I must admit ?

The Stopping Places by Damien La Bas is a good little read.....

As much as these simpler places are attractive to me & we do try to live a somewhat rural lifestyle, I also like some decent infrastructure near by. There’s a lot to be said for a good hospital just up the road, activities for the kids & decent restaurants etc
