    not after 3-4 trips I doubt it. Roll on summer and laying up under that willow!! Mac and I were saying we need a new perm, we should push for something cos ours are so quiet. Between the GC, Farm and your land, there is hardly a thing around!!

    the first rifle I ever used, back in about 1980, my mates. He managed to get a pellet stuck in the barrel and decided to fire 3 more down to try to get it out!!! His dad went mental....I was bout 7 year old haha.

    ha, Mac revels in getting blood and guts all owa his hands, then dips into the food stash without washing them. Dirty bugger. I have to make sure I eat my scran before he kills owt or its all covered in pigeon/rabbit guts. And no, no gloves for me, odd jobs that lot!

    When I bought my bits about 18 months ago, HW100KS, air bottle, pellets, gunslip, sling etc etc.. I got it out the box and she says to me "I bet that lot cost a couple of hundred quid". I could have agreed, but went for the shock factor and showed her the receipt.. I think she said "clucking bell" or somesuch. Told her at least I got £20 change from my grand And now you sleep on the sofa right? LOL

    Dude, Mac was under 12 yrds I'd bet my life on it!! Truely thought he was going for a cuddle not a kill haha. Yeah Auto aim is cracking, was shooting 1" bottle top at 35 yrds, standing unsupported the other night. If I can get something in the scope long enough, its down! You got a Monday/Friday free for a trip up?

    I got up to the farm about an hour before Mac last night, I’m desperate to “do a Mac” by having a rabbit sat waiting for him when he arrives but I never manage it, should have last night. After scoping in I had a walk around the paddocks, it was really windy so I made sure I was walking into it, rather than with it. As I moved from one paddock to the next I spotted the first rabbit sat in a trough in the ground.     Go full size with the silencer, skip the shroud. Carbines are for girls or hunting in thick wooded areas where you can't swing a cat. :)

    Not impressed with the AOIR Nikko Stirling. The reflection on both green and red settings is blinding even on lowest power. Perfectly fine for day shooting but the IR is shit and I have seen many better!! I have the 4x12x50 AOIR and a Hawke sports HD 3x9x50. The Hawke is better in my opinion.

    Had a rare night out with Vislauk last night, grand to see the awld lad with Mac up at the farm. Damn quiet all night though, very little about, saw 2 rabbits in 5 hours! Vislauk was blaming my squeeky boot and Mac tap-dancing shoes.... So the night turned into more of a catch up than a hunt, but as always, driving home all the rabbits came out to laugh at us! 3 of em ran out of the field next to the perm, this one didn't laugh for long!!
