    ha, my freezer is full of food for the kids, and £2.50 a pop will pay my pellets and some! and I don't have ferrets, my lab refuses to eat them too! Snotty little sod, week old subways are fine for him though!!

    My Dad used to buy liver and cook it for our old dog! Sack that, mine gets what he is given.... it's enough cooking for the family, let alone the mutt haha.

    Just took some of Saturdays rabbits to the butchers, he's offered me £2.50 a rabbit, sounds good, anyone else sell their bags? if so for how much??

    Yes they were on here, only getting 1-2 a night when they came down..... They must have come for a kip!!!

    Kanny, they normally pay Mitie to go shoot but they have only been getting 1-2 a night, lord knows what they have been doing. They are a little skittish in some places but yeah, I doubt there will be many easy nights like last night.!!! At least I can get a brew in security when things are slow haha.

    Timmy, no fear, there are so many burrows there must be over a hundred on there I'll bet. One area they live I can't shoot, I have to wait for them to come onto the main lawn.... Not sure beer and HW100 go together well haha!

    So after the heads up from Mac, all the faff around method statements, risk assessments and a full on face to face with half the site, I signed my new permission papers on Thursday and headed off down to work for the first shoot last night. Due to lots of PR worries I am only allowed to shoot between midnight and 5am, so I arrived last night around 11:30 ready to zero the scope in. Everywhere seems very quiet right now with regards to rabbits, so even though the guys at work said the place was lifting, I went with a pessimistic approach and not getting my hopes up too high……until I pulled

    So the guys at work rubber stamped my shooting and cancelled their contract with MITIE. It's a small perm, rabbits live in a fenced off "reserve" where I can't shoot, but they come to feed and play on the main grounds, where I can. The site manager said he sat and watched 20 odd rabbits the night before last........... ooooooh good! Off down Sat/Sun night depending on the weather, itching to get down. Now to close the other work site and get that in the bag too. Cheers Mac, I'll get you up soon as mate.

    Well it worked lads, perm granted at one site though in darkness hours only. Hoping to get the second site too now.... Will pop up later this week to get the papers done and have a shufty!!! Hope there are more rabbits than on the damn golf course!!!

    Hi Daz how many lumens was the model you brought? They quote 1000Lm but I DOUBT that very much haha!
