  1. Ah well done mate. Do you fancy a trip to the farm? If Macs up for it?
  2. but don't get the baby HW100, get the big lad full lenght
  3. oh mines ok for me to have a gun, just finances won't allow more than the one, especially when "the one" gun is a HW100T - full length killing machine haha.
  4. Wife and 2 kids stop me having more than 1!! Though I got 150 quid from HMRC tax back and our lass said hey get a new gun. Then HMRC sent me a tax BILL for 220 quid.. Dream was nice while it lasted!!
  5. I walk 8-10 miles a night when I'm out
  6. to be fair, the issue with asking a question "A v B" is you will have owners and lovers of both A and B. You'll never really move forward in YOUR choice until you pick them up and shoot them!! Unless "A" is an SMK then everyone loves "B".
  7. Yeah he have me one of them too, well tasty!
  8. How accurate do you want to be? The HW100 will put pellet on pellet at 30-40 yards and easily group sub 1/2" at 50. You'll look around £700-£750 for the HW100 - best money I ever spent, but I have never used the regal.
  9. He'd love the farm, I'll take him on the long walk, not like plodding around someones back garden LOL. When you're fit, lets get him up.... send him round the mortuary.... glad to know you're on the mend buddy.
  10. that was the pellet breaking the sound barrier haha. You were a total gent mate, really appreciated the run out. I'll return the favour!
  11. I can imagine mate, it'd be killing me too. Guns look great, I'd be like a kid in a sweet shop, wouldn't know which to take!! Hope you are on your feet soon.
  12. Yeah, hurry up and get well :cray:
  13. Mine was £720 from Bagnall and Kirkwood in Newcastle... I had seen for £700 in Durham, but the petrol would have eaten the saving..
  14. You can get them cheaper than that new and under 400 quid second hand if your lucky. WHAT??? WHere can you get a new HW100 for less than £700????
  15. HAHA, spot on, I bought an extra mag to go hunting the first time, so I have 3x14 shots ready. I have NEVER used more than 20 shot in one night INCLUDING zeroing the scope haha!!
  16. POI drop 0.001mm over 30 yrds - air thickness increased from dishwater to tomato soup LOL
  17. How much you got ££££ tough to beat £720 on a HW100 (I'd go full size thumb hole, but you choose).
  18. Didn't affect me last night more likely to impact the pellets than the gun. Just don't lick the barrel if it gets frost on it LOL
  19. Love the toy box. You torturing yourself though fella???
  20. Cheers lads. Mac for sure, I go out full of confidence that every shot is going to find its mark these days! I can hear your damn voice where ever I hunt haha. Den's gun looks great with the camo on! Pratt put it down and walked off without it at one point haha took some finding! You'll not like the perm, damn steep hill haha, you'll be laid up under the willow tree!! Hurry up and get well, I need to get back up the farm.
  21. With Bigmac being laid up after his op, I didn't think I'd get out much over the next couple of weeks, so when Denbell sent me a message saying "got my first lamp, want to go test it, fancy a trip out?" I jumped at the chance! I met Den at his around 8:15 and we drove off into the wilds of Northumberland to his permission. This place is a big old house, with a huge front garden and a mahooosive field out back where they keep horses. It's one hell of a slope too, 1 in 3 I bet!! Anyhow, we parked at the top of the field and took a walk down. The moon was mighty and we hardly needed the lamps
