    The other day we were out on a Lambing call....2 accounted for,on a Foul & Foggy morning. Well was given the Horn a bit of Wellie !!!! trying to catch up Hounds ..Me the wee Fella & the Kind Soul at the bottom of the Glen.. When we looked up ,to see about a dozen or so YOUNGSTERS ,screaming and Hollering ,fleeing down the hillside at 100 mph..????Fallin' all over the place !!!!! We carried along the Glen Holler....still callin' in Hounds . On the return ,we met up with the " Youngsters".... Duke of Edinburgh Awards Kid and their Mentors .They had thought WE WERE ,IN DISTRE

    Still getting Ribbed about this, up side antibiotics ,so to save a Repeat..invested in a LOVELY Chain mail ,butchers glove and ear plugs..... anyhow ,the reason for the re-visit.     Who has taking over Tam Parkers' positions fighting for Terriers at a National & local level.? He will be missed.. Is it a Younger ,fitter man /lady ..If Scotland goes it alone ,will the Terrier clubs up here ,Still be in the NWTF..as they will be out of constitutional duriestiction Will some re-Organisation have to go on..Same goes for the F & M W T C ...although the Mid-Scottish is all but a DODO up HERE...Change of Leadership is the only way that is ever going to change ..Just a Voting Seat for someone I.M.O.

    . Terrier work will not be sacrifised As Pheasants in pens abd a pack of hounds dont make good bed fellows. The use of terriers to. Protect. Gamebirds is not up for discussion , what is is the use of. More than two hounds to flush to guns in the protection of FARM ANIMALS. They didn't need to have a big survey ....to find the way to go..A trip to Scotland would have Sufficed..That's why so many Foriegners come up here with their Dogs ...oops Hounds & terriers ....Salmond gets his way ...You will all need Doggie Passports

Must be worth at least £40 to anyone..doesn't look Vintage This is an Onyx and lead one /Fox terriers reckon 30s' £60 I reckon o.n. o. Would like to find the other end of this book case ..Plaster .,but could have been a copy of a wood cut ?

    They don't allow it because as the law stands, it's illegal. Hunts aren't allowed to hunt foxes, only the drag. So it is impossible to trade off Hunt Terrier work for anything ! The ONLY thing under discussion at the moment is changing part of the Act from allowing up to two hounds TO FLUSH TO A GUN, to allowing more than two hounds TO FLUSH TO A GUN. Nothing to do with mounted packs. The mounted packs would soon jump on the band wagon with guns here and there.     Cat Squirrel ,Doctor Ross.Used to have most alldayers Jumpin', I was generally aknowledged,as one of the best Boppers/High steppers to come out of Scotland,still can .Shared a stage with Mr Blue Suede Shoes,Carl Perkins,at his invitation to Bop !,Went to clubs all over U.K.,Check out The Rockabilly sites for some good tunes,Old An New forgot how to upload Tunes..
