    12 weeks room and board... 4 feeds a day .. Lactol ,Worming. then Jags... that's just the pups... Bitch, Getting into Condition ,for Litter in first place, Set aside for VET incase of Emergency.. Wormers,before Lactation..Synlux Jab if your that way iclined .. Extra Feed.. Time off ..if needed,nearer Labour..Etc. A price put on this alone ,wouldn't cover the cost of the General litter Sold..on average most think £150 'is Ok. Nowhere near the true cost in real terms of a litter. Not to mention the time & experience it takes ,before you should be Contemplating a Litter of "WELL BRED

    Agree with ,much of what you have said,instead of loaning a dog,give a day out .Alltough that has its' pitfalls also.. If a dog of mine was going anywhere ,I would be alongside it ..Learning !the Good and Bad

    In my "Green" days I was "Gifted" a dog,for to turn up one day ,Dog was off to new Pastures The Giftee..sent someone round to fetch dog back when I wasn't there. It was Duly handed over as the Person was "Trusted" those involved..Still haven't forgot or Forgiven.. Loaning I suppose You Know what COULD happen..Gifting don't expect it

    . i used a little black from the same stuff over a tiny russell i had and thats what produced the best little bolter ive owned should have stuck with that stuff. it was ted adsett breeding. very small but would of been a good starting point. edited to add i produced a ringer for that little one in the litter i'm on about. The Jagd lookalikes,I had Kickin' about ,Were rated Shite! ? by Folk around the Village.never seen them work tho ! Anyhow my Old neighbour Old Skool Keeper..Family as old as Nielston itself..cut the Turf at the Brig O 'Lea , liked the Breeding & the Dog.

    What is the Pros & Cons of Loaning a TERRIER For me ,Dogs Mine to do as I please,no strings attached..So wouldn't Take one on..Flip side ,wouldn't Loan a Dog ,I couldn't help interferring in HOW dog was Kept, worked, thus would maybe Hamstring someone...just end in a Fallout.. Your Thoughts Gents ..Has it been a good thing or a Ball ache for you ?

    There easily TOWED by a RANGER...100miles piece of Piss On a serious note ..Wilbur lumps Hounds around in one ..and as Belucky says ,the fellas gives a good Service...and quick to remedy any faults. Plus puts nice Tyres on Them..

    C.S, as you'll Know most of the Dogs bred & Worked round our neck of the woods ..were on the small side due to the Kicked out Rabbit Burrows around the West Coast etc..Most kept a Large dog akin to Bilbo an the like..for when needed,alot as it happened .When the LOCALS started going Further afield for their dogs rather than breeding amongst themselves,size got bigger.. The Judge,at the Neilston show ,a case, never went that far afield for his breeding..his still on the small side..
