    As others have said I think the gun does matter, I have two Biakel singles, Exactly the same gun, same choke, same shells, One has had the barrel and stock shortened which was done professionally but I cant hit shit with that one. I only bought it because it cost me £15 and its handy to have on a sling when I am out with the air rifle

    Just a quick tip for you all. I woke up on tuesday and one of my dogs eyes was bright red and gunky so I gave it a wipe and thought I will keep an eye on it. It spread to the other eye and both had no white at all just completely red, She wasnt scratching at them or anything so I thought I will have a look online before I go to the vets and I read loads of people have used tea to cure it so 3 times a day I wiped her eyes over with a damp tea bag and sure enough today her eyes are back to normal

    Put a crow out with your pigeons, Corws are alot more intelligent so If pifgeons see a crow feeding the will come an as they know its safe

    Thats my personal preference, I have set up before sunrise before an usually end up sitting about for an hour or two before they start coming over

    I usually get there about an hour or two after sunrise, Roughly 8pm. I have had a bit of luck in the afternoons but I find on my permissions i get about 1/4 of the birds in the afternoon compared to the morning

    I now have the acme call and It does have that problem but after a few blows just breath back in hard and it keeps it clear

    Thats the same lamp I use I have two of tghem, had regular use over the last 6 months and still going strong!
