    The quality of the 'budget-end' rifles has increased enormously over the last few years. I know a couple of lads at my club who shoot SMK and Gamo's and we have 4 Stoeger owners (including me). I recently refurbed a B1 and gave it to my youngest stepson. He loves it and has the requisite amount of fun with it ! There's a lot to commend them and, for change out of a couple of hundred quid, you can't go wrong ! Lots of practise and be the best shot you can with what you've got !     I reckon that if you want to help them, do it. If not walk by and leave them alone. Either way, no-one sets out to live like that, and I can't imagine how you'd get out of that situation, once you're in it. I once got to know the Big Issue seller outside my work-place.     Only if it's your dream, your passion, it means absolutely everything to you and there's nothing else you want in your life. You also have to promise to work really, really hard, be able to cry at the drop of a hat and describe everything as 'amazing' ! If not, there's always 'Britain's Got Idiots'.................     There's no official breakdown into crime types, but Home Office figures for 2013 showed around 2,400 prisoners were of East European origin. The annual cost per prisoner is £38,000 so I make that about £90 million per year ! And that's just the East Euro's !
