No-one ? You're probably all LibDemmers, anyway!

Don't feed it hand grenades. That would be abominable !

No "Google-ing" ! Take your best guess and match each policy to either Conservative, Labour, LibDem, UKIP or Green. An easy one to start, and some are easier than others, but there's no trick questions...... 1 - Allow a free vote on repeal of the fox hunting ban. 2 - Introduce a legally-binding decarbonisation target. 3 - Require companies of over 250 employees to publish a gender pay gap. 4 - Equality for physical and mental health. 5 - Increase the overall NHS budget by £12 billion. 6 - Increase tax credits for working families in line with inflation. 7 - Scrap hospital p

So, have they been knocking on your door, looking for your vote ? Conservatives promising to reform our membership,......Labour wanting greater integration... LibDem wanting more federalism and absolutely no referendum.....UKIP wanting to leave EU and promising a referendum. All of them advocating less public spending on the services that you and I all use, down here in the real world - education, NHS, elderly care, road maintenance etc etc etc And then, while they think we're looking the other way, they pull stunts like this, not only increasing their already enormous allowances, but r

Two men have been shot and killed, after opening fire on a competition to draw cartoon of the 'prophet' Mohammed. A security guard was wounded by the men, though not seriously. http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSKBN0NP01G20150504?irpc=932

And, no, I haven't made that up !

In an unusual show of unity, 64 British MEP's have joined forces to help vote down greater scrutiny of their expense allowances, worth over 300 million Euros a year. The vote scuppered proposals to publish an end of year report on how members use their allowances, which average around 400,000 Euros EACH ! It was left to just 5 British members (two Green, two SNP and one Plaid Cymru) to support greater scrutiny. Members also voted to block publication of a perk known as "general expenditure allowance", which costs European taxpayers another 39 million Euros a year. Under these rule

This is the only forum I use now. I'm on Slingshot Forum, but I haven't been there for ages......... Everything you need is on here, I reckon !

What we're probably going to end up with is what we have now - a government that no-one voted for ! Two parties, who didn't win, will join forces and declare that they have won......... Thoughts on another election before the year's out ............?
-
Give it up, while the choice is still yours to make, or you could end up like I did - waking up in the cardiac ward really focusses your attention ! Gave up nearly 8 years ago now, and wish I'd done it long before that..........

Victoria..........and she kept poxy politicians off the telly, if only for one day !

these polls are very misleading and false if the truth be known .they are E/U financed .a very recent independent poll carried out by a canadian television news group put ukip out in front. Its a "poll of polls", so it's all the published polls averaged out - and it's quoted from the Tory-supporting Times, but none of the pollsters are showing any wild fluctuations from those figures, which have remained almost static for weeks now.
-
Latest poll of polls has Tories on 34%, Labour 33%, UKIP 13%, Lid Dem's down on 9% and Greens at 5%. "Others" (including SNP) 6%........ I'm still predicting wholesale leadership changes within 6 months of the result !

Personally, I used to feed pellet, feather than mash - less mess. Cooked mashed potato and oats in the winter, and raw greens hanging on a string. They'll lay when they're good and ready, mate. My mums were about 28 weeks and hadn't laid, but she stuck with it and they're right as ninepence now !

BBC recently had a series of leader interviews with that Evan Davies, which they trotted out with a big fanfare. Interestingly, and despite clear Corporation bias against him, the interview with Farage had the largest viewing audience of the series..........and by quite a long way, too ! This interview also attracted the most complaints of the series.......nearly all of them about rudeness and interrupting by Davies !
