    Neems, the trouble is that there is no easy answer. If you close all rescue centres, the streets will be awash with strays (given that dog warden services are pi55 poor !), and destroying all non-chipped strays just plays into the hands of the tattooed f#ckwits who aren't going to bother when it becomes compulsory next year, and won't comply with any other kind of regulations that might be introduced in the future.     oh my god they sell kilts never seen kilts for sale before lol.I find it really hard to get good stuff to fit they're all flipping big sizes. Although I did see they do 28 waist on that website so be alright if I wore a belt.. I'm glad I'll not have to go to the kids army cadet shop after all :laugh: You want a kilt?     Luckily the guy who has sheep here is dealing most of the rushes. He topped them a couple of weeks ago. We just need to tidy up a few years of neglect. Sheep skeleton the other day. Toxic chemicals today. Any connection between the two ? Can't be. This stuff must be safe. If it wasn't, he would have written a warning label on the tin in marker pen. EU regulations clearly state that "all noxious, flammable or toxic chemicals must be kept in an old coffee jar at the back of the shed.     I can see both sides. On the other side of the coin what's wrong with a man breeding from his time served worker just because he wants to? Does it matter that she isn't the best working dog in the world? Who's business is it but his own? When he will rear them to the best of his ability and find them suitable homes when the time comes.     The good lady BB has a Chihuahua X, which I believe is called 'super-tiny', and she feels very strongly about irresponsible breeding. Pretty much every time we're out with the dogs, she gets asked if she wants to breed from her. I've watched her get more and more fed up of this until the day before yesterday, she tore a proper strip off some woman, really let her have it ! In the street ! I stood back and let her get on with it - I've crossed my missus before !
