I've had it for a week. Feel weak, depressed. I'm an absolute yellow snot factory. Think Greyman is right, we've all been isolating and our immune systems haven't been needed. Then, as soon as we get out and about this virus sees its chance. Its a corker of a cold. Hope to f**k it doesn't keep coming back like yours tatblisters.

It's not too much to ask/ demand that the UK spends as much as other comparable countries with similar GDP as ours. . Of course the tories will say 'you can't just throw money at it, but you can. It's a matter of political priorities. Other countries fund their health systems properly why can't we? Always remember the tories hate the NHS. They were opposed to it right from its birth. They would love to sell it off to their mates and are doing so behind the scenes. Blair and Brown, for all their faults and disastrous mistakes, spent serious money on the NHS and state education.

My sons got a half cross collie and it's spot on. Calm and relaxed in the house. Bit of luck involved when you buy any dog. There's a rule though, good uns never make old bones.

For me collies are to frustration, irritation and stress as deerhound crosses are to peace, tranquility and low blood pressure. Had a Hancock collie/grey. Drove me fooking nuts! Bugger haunted me for 14 years. Kept thinking this will be the last year but it lived to just short of 15. Mrs and kids loved it. I f****n didn't.

Lots of defective gear supplied in Afghanistan and Iraq though Stiff. Armoured vehicles which weren't fit for purpose and had their underneaths blown out regularly, leading to God awful injuries. Weren't their mine detectors which simply didn't work? The number of ex squaddies sleeping rough surely points to a lack of joined up thinking when guys go back into civvy Street. If you go right back to the redcoats, they felt society loved them when there was a war on but shunned them in civvy Street. Jmho.

Sounds a bit soft I know but as I've got older I've learned to be nicer to people. People in the past have been good to me and I've never forgotten. It's nice to be nice, makes you feel better, and the person on the receiving end. Some people will take advantage but just write them off.

I've bought them in the past and attended Armistice Day events. But lately I've begun to feel its a bit of 'a holier than thou exercise.' People shouldn't be judged on whether they choose to wear poppy or not. It's proper that we remember the fallen, but I don't like the idea of charities being involved. As I say squaddies should be valued and rewarded without the involvement of charities. I have members of my family who fought in different conflicts, but successive governments did not reward them. I tried to look up how much 'Help for Heroes' Chief exec earns. Info not available. FFS, just fund squaddies so that they have the best of gear when fighting and are properly looked after in civvy street. Except Stiffmeister . He's always on here when he should be protecting us.?

I just look at the size of my belly,if I'm fat I cut down. I also look at the the clock and the moon and the sun to,figure out the time. Works for me...doesn't cost a penny.?

Sometimes I think we can be too sensitive to Sabs. I've been shouted at, screamed at and had death threats online because of my participation in various field sports. So what? Water off a ducks back.
