I worked down your end for about a year 1968 I think. Lived in Maida Vale and worked at Fords Dagenham. Enjoyed it. Lots of grown up no shit lads I worked with.The weather was like the tropics compared to the north.Lots of racial tension shall we say in the factory. Beer was shite not so the women.

Personally I think people will be forced to carry on as normal sooner rather than later. How long can we attempt to wrap ourselves in cotton wool? Bills have to be paid. Jobs have to be done. I am in a vulnerable group but apart from self isolating which I have done all my days, I am pretty relaxed about the bug. Life has to go on. I think the hysteria will die down as reality sets in. We can't be in a hyper stressed state for the next year or so.
