I was never a fan of Bliar and, like the rest of the world, will never forgive him for Iraq, but his government did increase health and education spending on a par with countries with a similar GDP like Germany and France. It also virtually ended pensioner poverty and made huge inroads into child poverty. The tories have deliberately turned the clock back on all of the above.

Mike Tyson seems to divide opinion. For me he was a bully who could dish it out but buckled when he was put under pressure. He bit Holyfield to get out of the fight, and was totally psyched out by Lennox Lewis. At the Lewis press conference he launched an hysterical attack on Lewis and bit him on the leg. He literally quit on his stool against a journeyman. I never saw him win a fight from a losing position or when he'd been knocked down. He did not win any fights against class opposition. So lacking champion true mentality and not a great advocate for his people imo. I cannot understan

These big pick up trucks that young fellas have these days. I take the piss out of a couple young fellas I know. The family of four is cramped together in the front, whilst there's a football space of unused area in the back. Just shows you how image can sell something totally impractical.

Road rage mime actors. Arsholes everyone. Had one getting very animated last week. Happened to see him minutes later in garden centre coffee queue. Just said to him pleasantly, "thought your wife was in labour, or you'd just heard your house was on fire the way you were carrying on". He got very flustered and went and sat down leaving his wife in the queue. Felt sorry for her, married to a plastic dick like that.

Nah, I've had the problem for years Katch?. Funny enough just got a pill from doctor which gets me through the night. But now up all the time with the whippet.?? Old age does not come alone.

I have a whippet bitch just coming 14. The last 6 months or so she can't get through the night without peeing. I have had to resort to crating her and letting her outside every 3 hours. When the weather warms up she can go into the kennel at night. Does this problem get worse over time or stay the same? Ant tips to manage the condition? She's healthy and gets a bang out of life so I've no intention of putting her down yet.

I remember when I was a kid I had a paper round. The paper shop owner was always screwing us out of wages, and we screwed him by pilfering chocolate, comics and fags. One morning some big lads, three or four years older than me walked into the shop. One of them created a disturbance by knocking over a paper wrack and the others filled their jackets with hundreds of fags and big glass bottles of sweets. Did you see Thompson v Rothmann. Rothmann punished Thompson right throughout the fight and then got careless and Thompson knocked him out. Thompson was a really slow starter and could withstand horrible punishment and then go on to win. The ref stopped the fight far too early when he fought Johnny Nelson. He's still mad about that fight. He could well have won if it had been allowed to continue. Thompson was a warrior and a half.
