imo you'd be better getting a bull x than a staff x,I had a staff x whippet was ok on bunnies on the lamp and the most agile dog I've ever seen but very easily injured,no wind and couldn't be worked regularly because he'd lose condition.

before I moved to the area I live now I would have agreed with you,but now I've seen far worse owners who have labs etc in the burbs , if these c**ts had pit bulls and or lurchers there'd be chaos.

different comp now a days pre ban the dogs earned the right to run not going through on byes and all that carry on best dog from the clubs ran in the comp not like now if you got the £££ your in Yea but unless these dogmen in these clubs gave up over night, there must still be good dogs out there and the guys just aren't interested in the comp. no matter if you buy your way in, the best dog should win. if history is to be believed,the Roman army as well as ancient sailors and explorers who were all apparently much fitter than their modern equivalents would have eaten a very similar diet. I don't know still researching and plan on trying it when i'm back on my feet,but i'll find out one way or the other.

sounds more like you would have to eat it along with everything else at one sitting :laugh: surely its common sense that if you only eat once a day the body can only absorb so much before it passes through, couple this with excersize and you will loose weight however smaller portions split between sensible intervals and regular excersize would also achieve the same result I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me will enlighten you.

really? I'm getting the warrior diet book,would you recommend anything else? not used to dieting like this at all. I take it it's worked very well for you? Kettlebells... I train hard already (when i'm able bodied),just not used to eating in this sort of way.

Yeah,definitely don't see fury making it to round 7 at this point. But he's on the road to fighting klitschko soon anyway,so hopefully he gets a good enough shock from whoever he fights first and improves.
