  1. I asked santa for it and she told me to feck off at the price so it looks like i'm buying myself a copy
  2. I thought the mk2 didn't work with any other locator boxes or collars? They made the mk3 because they realised they had dropped a bollock with the mk2 because it was completely crap, they rushed it out and hadn't field tested it enough then when they realised where they had gone wrong the mk3 came out very soon after and I think they discontinued the mk2?
  3. Most springers you see on the shoots round here nowadays are cocker size/build anyway, what happened to good old springers built like tanks? Some of the best springers i've seen were bow legged and ugly but would work any cover and would find and retrieve anything.
  4. Its not the mk2 you need its the mk3 non magnetic collars your after. Its the type I use and prefer them to the mk3m.
  5. I hope the cat that ate my mule the other day choked or his leg rings caused a blockage.
  6. I've got a lurcher collar from bellman and flint on mine, been on him a few years now and still going strong.
  7. It is silenced, ill put some more pictures on in a bit.
  8. I don't really want to part with this but need the cash, no doubt i'll be after another when i'm ok for cash again. Got an s410 carbine pre anti tamper in .22 with 2 magazines (3 if I can find it but i've looked everywhere), air arms silencer, bottle tested till feb 2016. It has some very light rusting from some complete idiot leaving it in a damp gun bag once which hasn't got any worse since as it gets wiped down with oil . I want £475 for it collected or I may consider taking something like a .22 HW 97k or a TX200hc and cash http://
  9. I've had many an opinel over the years and the stainless is the best i've had imo, they edge may not be as good but its good enough you don't need a razor for a pocket knife. It doesn't rust up in minutes like the carbon does either.
  10. Cutting them ups a piece of piss try moving them around with the soil and roots on all the time
  11. Surely the ferrets are more likely to catch it at a show or rescue centre than they are out in the sticks catching rabbits????
  12. Wherever you move to mate someone will most likely already have permission or shooting rights on the ground around it, good luck though
  13. I ain't worried about it at all, what worries me is the OP trying to stop people taking the ferrets out hunting??????????
  14. I ride down all of the roads in our area and nobody has ever said anything to me about it, i'm glad the dogs decided to ignore cats while were riding now though coz he had me off a few times when he was younger the tw@
  15. I bet your dad was chuffed when he found out you bought it, he was telling me in the car it had gone when he went back for it Fingers crossed the mule is finch noted like the lad said it would be.
  16. Its not fox or rabbit i'd be worried about a dog going to ground on, be careful where you bush
  17. Teach it to walk on a lead and take it for a walk it might not kick off so much if its tired. 13 month old and not used to a lead paints a pretty bad picture.
  18. Looks like my mates bred the same way.
  19. I'll let you know tomorrow mate, cheers
  20. I might if I can get there mate.
  21. What kind of birds is it mate? Them silly ones that people sit in lofts waiting to see if the perries have ate em or cage birds?
  22. There was no way I was touching my htc wi dirty hands mate
  23. I'm not knocking or praising hancock here but whats the big problem with one not doing foxes? Plenty of dogs off all crosses won't touch one and imo a collie cross is not something i'd buy if foxes were my game. If the dog is a handy obedient pot filler and its owners happy with it then its a good dog.
