    Last lot of drontal I got were off vet medic and I think they were 1.38 each or something like that. At that price it's not worth getting knock off ones.

    Paks like their quail,you also used to be able to see dog fights and dog/bear in the tribal areas of NWFP,wouldnt fancy going back there nowadays though.Yes gnipper,they are all in solitary,hundreds maybe even thousands all in their little aquarium cubicles. At the breeding farms they are in ponds with maybe 300 fish in there all out of the same parents and they say if one male out of a pond beats a male out of another then they all will win if fought against each other.     The betta they keep are the short finned plakat type bred for gameness etc. They keep them in ponds qith their nest mates until ready for training and then keep them in solitary and even fitness train them.
