Any colour mate but if it's under a fish run I would use 1 lobworm waited only by 1-2 ssg . Reparlers are the best also fish in dull conditions if it's sunny your wasting your time -
That's what I'm kind of getting at really mate, some of our land is loaded with rabbits I mean like you said 10 year ago if myxi turns up bang 90% of them gone but now we are Lucky to find half a dozen laid dead but neary a month before hand I shot 6 within half hour and it was wick with rabbits but there's no sign of it anymore surely can only be a good thing

I would say so mate. it's hard enuff to strike the bond with one pup but two hard work , when I was bringing mine up with Molly my jack Russell it was bad to say the least , trying to work on the pup and keep Molly interested was mayhem I use her for marking sets and bushing. leving one at home to work with the other one, the jellesy was unreal but it's paid off well sort of any way in the field spot on home mayhem lol pleased I work away

Looking at the size of its paws n legs and how plump it is at it's age by which I say in a good thing mate to me it'll be around the 25-26 tts. About the plump thing lol they the same as us growing up really one minuet we short and fat next we slim and taller as this will happen till it's fully grown. I don't know if it's a big worry about the size as it depends on the sort of hunting you do tbo myself I wanted a ferreting dog ,small , fast of the mark and plenty of stamina to last the full day . Myxi we all know that it was man made for the Aussies a long time. As it's our (hunters) Maine threat on our rabbiting permissions where we've seen it wipe out 100s in a short time. Cut a long story short,over the latter stages of last seson and over the summer months up until now I've seen rabbits running about with myxi on my permission then the weekend later when I'm back on it I was expecting to find loads dead or just sitting around waiting to be cought or shot , but fare from it they are all running around happy as larry to my relief,but no signs of myxi . Myxi it's been about for some Years now we all know it's man made, BUT around where I live and hunt it comes but seems to go just as fast ! Now over the latter part of last seson and over the last few months the rabbits I've shot or the dogs have picked up, at first glance you would think they have been cut all over there faces with all the scares on them, but it's just the heeling scares left by the myxi they were infected with. Now my theory is that they are now starting to become immune to the disease a bit like rats and rat-poison. Has any been like this around your permissions

I wouldn't burry it incase they stay in,or it floods and you have to dig it back up also it will make a mess of your garden lol it's dark enuff in them pipes buddy there's no need really . If your wanting it out the way why not fix it around for fence ATB mark

Replace barrel pin and shims , ox might of scored the internals corsing the seals to glide rough also check the cocking shoe for ware and the piston rim to see if they have tried to shorten it to make it have more have power ATB mark

Only reson I was asking a fiver was to help to cover the cost of good food 21 ferrets and I never let any go till they were 10 weeks old and if some one turns up wanting one who I thought was the type who couldn't look after them selfs got turned down

Last year my two Jill's on there first litters 1 had 11 all lived 2 weeks later other Jill had 8 all lived the first lot was sold for £5 each but the second were very dark polecats bit like the eu they went for a tenner each and apart from 1 the other 7 were bought by lads who got the first lot , mind I must say and not bragging she was a proper grafter she stayed with the rabbits in the stop ends never not once kill down she even used to surface and look at me like to say hurry up and dig ye fuc## there's more , but sadly she was stolen along with her doughtier Tina a pure mean lean ferreting

As I'm from County Durham and not Coventry I'm going to miss out on this " proper gutted " if she wants to get the numbers down I can go every night this week and next week to help out until she finds the right person for job like I've said I'm working in Coventry and I'm not one for going to pub every night so end up twitching in front of the TV bored silly when I could be out doing what I do best hunting so if she is willing to give me a chance I wouldn't let here down

I'm willing to give it a go every night for rest of this week possibly next I'm working in Coventry at the minute but had to come home tonight to pick a lad up , this is right down my street as a few of my permissions are caravan sites were I have to be ultra stealth but still do a top job I can pass a number or two over for references if she likes pm me if this is what she wants I'll put my kit in van just in case

Think his dog hand a bad knock I was going to meet up for a slurp but it never came to anything as his dog was hurt real bad and I work away ( I hope I'm getting this right ) and we never managed to meet up but sooner or later the beer will flow
