    As a youngerst I use to hunt a foresty with the lurchers let them work though it and rise and catch themselfs but also heard of groups of lads do it as sort of a beating line flushing through with bushing dogs to lurchers waiting in open fields

    Umm hes about 16tt thats a guess never really measued my dogs tbh and hes 2 years old did worry about the recall with him being half hound but its pretty spot on

    Most dogs given the right handling and enough game put infront of them will do the job ! Alot has got to do with entering at the right time and understanding when the dog is ready for certain quarry

    Well after looking for a litttle hound cross for a spell had a phone call from a friend to let me know there was a speagle for sale soo straight on the phone and quick chat I was going down to get him !! After a 6 hour round trip and nearly missing the wales v England game I had my new little bushing dog !! Nice little dog but kept him the garden for a few days getting a bond playing getting him use to me ! Anyway tuesday I decided to take him out with my blue bitch for a stroll where I know theres a few rabbits knocking about and I was like a kid in a candy shop dog was hitting lines smashi

    I had a ridgeback x last season she got injured and had to pts but she was a hell of a hunting dog and loved having her about !

    Had a great set of teachers in my school not easy to teach In the valleys !! I wasnt bad in school gobby and if didnt like the lesson I wouldnt stay there just get up and leave what where they gone do carn touch me but if they mentmentioned ringing my old man I would sit down and do as I was told not a word !! Usually they would get a P.e teacher to get me and would do sports most of the time back to the main reason for this thread if i went home and told my parents about that and said i was messing about he would give me a harder clip to go with it
