Global Warming, Making Covid seem insignificant.
terryd replied to sandymere's topic in General Talk
The news has now swapped from covid mode to global warming. We are all now going to drown or burn to death unless we go veggy and starting living on lettuce. The news media is a sham now adays. 30 years ago a bcc news reader would tell us about a plan crash and every one dead to a plastic donkey on a motorway with out a flicker of emotion. Not so much now days. The country is run by idiots and advised by brain boxes with no common sense -
Hopes its Nelson because of his reputation

At the end of the day I will chuffed there is going to be one made. Dont care what it looks like and if they keep the cost down all the better
-
Rustic looking tomo like my self lol. The old boxes looked the tidy
-
Strong stuff does nice slip leads. Had a couple free with a collar. Still got one. They are cheap I think to buy
-
Be glad when there is one. Be a funny old game with no ferret finder. Like going back 35 years or more and pissing about shoving brambles down hole and digging holes all over the place
-
Hare is lovely to eat one of my favourites. Slow cooked and falling apart. Fresh it don't need no hanging
-
Try not to let it sleep too much during the day and espeacially in the evening
-
I think they might be breeding to be released hencee the tagging. In fair they look well cared for This Restablecimiento de la liebre autóctona translates to this Re-establishment of the indigenous hare

Mostly use 2 3/4 on ducks and geese but some times pop in a 3 inch for geese but 3 1/2 is certainly not needed
-
I know it should have been a warning lol
-
His getting or got to the age where you can't pussy foot around because if he takes off his quite likely to pull a wooly down and its all down hill then and you will be wishing they hadn't banned ecollars in wales
-
Like moocher said a lead or a line and weigh the dog up and hopefully all will be well. Good luck with it
-
knocked the stuff out of him in the end and his still not right. His ok but not to be trusted and boy did i try every thing. Spent more time around the sheep than the farmer.

Some dogs make it easy and some don't. Really you should have it covered by now. But what ever you do try not to let the dog have a crack at some thing because it will get harder. This one didn't make it easy

My next pup I am going to do the opposite and mentally stimulate train and bond for the first 6-7 months the miles can can come after. This little sod was marking like a pro at 6 months and flushed his first rabbit way before that. Once his hunting kicked in it was all down hill ?
-
Looks great got to admit I wish I could swim and no I am not splashing about in a pool at my age lol. Out of interest can them things go against a fast tide run or do you just avoid it ?
