  10. Its working as a team the little fella down below duking it out waiting for you to get there. You can't let him down where ever there might be so it must be a heart breaker to lose one. Closest I came forgot to lead mine up one day as we passed a big earth where a dog had been lost and he disappeared down it as there must have been a bit of scent about thank god it wasn't at home and he came back out. I dived on the little bugger when he came out lol
  11. yea just read this so maybe your right Don't be tempted to touch anything on a roadside, or even near a road, there are a number of really serious (and painful) conditions you could end up with. In addition, a number of these poisons are acclumative, i.e. they lie in fatty tissues and you do not really notice the effects until the toxicity reaches a certain level in the body. In some other cases, there is no cure and/or any damage done is irreversible. Just in case you were wondering: Roadside foods can contain: Lead: This is absorbed through soft fruit skins: interferes with the normal
  12. Found these this morning apparently wild plums ? Loads of them red and yellow ones. Might pick some at the weekend. By the side of the dual carriageway not sure about pollution now a days. Sure I have eaten worse

  20. often thought it me self. Approach your local friendly farmer say if I give you a couple of hundred will you pop a couple of sheep in the smallish well fenced field for a couple months. Obviously explain why and the money would cover the sheep in the unlikely event of a real disaster You can't go terrorising the poor sheep daily they will be on valium by the time you finish but if your dogs not too bad and just needs steadying and testing maybe. Then again could be a complete waste of time when his rock steady with them two but sees a little flock going over the brow of hill in a different
