    mine was a collie grey deer hound grey bred out of a local dog called star in 82 he was called prince never made old bones he went everywere with me railway lines sand dunes grass fields he caught all quarry but was prone to yap went out once running hares with the old man gave gob never came home i was heart broken he was replaced the next week with a 3 quarter whippet a quarter bed best rabbit dog i have ever owned

    is it me or are folk getting all caught up with all this protein calculating stuff i remember boiling sheep heads or anything else we got from the slaughter houses kitchen scraps even used chappie stuff you may of caught fur or fish all went in the dogs cant remember them taking much harm how times change with theses calculators

    Dam is a very good allrounder the bitchs don't make single handed dogs don't get me wrong they can kill them one-on-one but there is a big difference between a dog that can kill them and a single handed dog in my eyes anyway sire is a good dog take all game very well even a rabbit and a hare but he is what I call a single handed dog . I would like say that i believe it takes 3 things to make a good dog these dogs have two of them things heart and blood there's only one other thing I believe you need after that and that's a good handler if you put your time in so will the dog that's what I beli
