    I haven't proved anyone wrong on here as I don't tend to succumb to petty arguments, but I've seen a few make asses of themselves and prove that they know feckall.

    As someone who is forever crippling myself at work, I would recommend finding a good chiropractor. The sort that uses treatments outside the normal chiropractic set (electric shock machine and suchlike) to deal with muscle damage and swelling as well as re- aligning the skeleton. Core strength exercises are also a good way of avoiding these sort of injuries. tennis elbow is a tendon problem. Not muscle or joint. Also, training more on your core muscles (ab, obliques and back) won't heal your elbow tendons or prevent damage to them.

    Go to your GP!!! Is anyone here a doctor? Thought not. I've had epicondilytus (tennis elbow) and the doc put me onto a physiotherapist who gave me exercises to do and prescribed a clasp. Did the trick - I went from the pain stopping me from pulling my boots on to full recovery (including heavy weight training) in a couple of months. Ibuprofen and supports will not cure the problem alone. See your GP, its what we pay tax for! Duncan.

    I'd quiz your feo to avoid any problems. Frankly as it just says .22, you could take the pee and get a .22cf, but the likelihood is they meant an lr/rf.

    What's the Huntsman group like at 35 yards rested? Just because the pellets are fairly loose on the mag, doesnt necessarily loose in the bore. If it doesn't group too well, try some 4.53's I'd say. I think I have other pellets you can try too when you come over. Cheers D.

    Currently my favourite cooks on tv. Even though they've gone posh and only ride new metal these days. Like their cooking style and sense of humour.

    Cultural differences are fine, eating different things, great. But that level of cruelty I think is inexcusable. I don't mind it's a puppy. Meat is meat. But no animal should be despatched so inhumanely. With their vast numbers and propensity for commiting unspeakable acts, IMHO if there was a war with the Chinese, they would exterminate us like cockroaches, with no compunction. Just my sobering thought.

    Thanks, I looked the nissan up but for some reason on autotrader they don't list mpg figures for this model. handy looking truck though.

    Thanks guys, I'm not really looking to do any extreme off-roading, just the odd green lane and carting hide, deeks and a dog round fields occasionally. Had been considering a newish Kia Sportage diesel, but the wife is a snob and as I'm going to trade a Jag in, she wanted another posh car to replace it ffs! BDK, when you say fragile, what things break on them? Cheers all Duncan.

    I only ever use an air rifle for brancher day. IMHO any more than 12fpe at that range is way too much gun and unnecessary.

    Favourite hunting memory of this year is catching up with the ignorant anus who left this note on the boot of my car, weighted down with a roadkill rabbit whilst I was hunting: Brave wasn't he? Not so brave when I laid in wait for the tw*t next time I was out.
