sounds like seals to me - just replaced all mine and that cured similar symptoms. -

I'm getting set up to do farmers markets with rabbit burgers, rabbit chilli, and pigeon burgers. Recruit some totty to go round with mini free samples first to drum up business Round here bunnies are £4.50 each in the butchers, free range chickens are a tenner each which makes my rifles feel like they really earn their keep. Even with the .17 hmr, it means its only 20p for a rabbit (its hard to miss a bunny with a hummer if you're a halfway competent shot). send me some mate lol if you're in North Bucks at any point, drop me a pm buddy

I love that phrase. Its one that the airgun comics seem to bandy around a lot that doesn't really mean anything. I can't help 'hardhitting' is a subjective thing. How hard a pellet seems to hit something.

Thinking about applying for FAC

I originally got fac air, then I thought it made more sense to go rimmie for the extra range and much more energy and bullet expansion. FAC air does have its place, but I think if you've already got a 12fpe airgun, that plus a rimfire gives you more range coverage IMO. I'm sure fac air has its place, but I've yet to come across a circumstance where I've thought 'If only I had an FAC air rifle for this task'.I can't help but feel that if I had FAC air instead of rimfire, there'd be times I'd be thinking 'wish I had a bit more range/muzzle energy'. Just my opinion of course. -
