So finally got a day off work and decided to do a bit of ferreting with a mate. Decided to take the whippet pup along for a look in, planned on tying her to the spade but after 10minutes she had calmed down so had her off. I was surprised at how placid she was with the ferrets, been working hard to break her to them so the hard work must of paid off. She didn't wonder off at all and when she followed my ferreting partner I would let her get so far then recall her, she came straight back. It was pissing down so after an hour she went back in the car to get a break and some heat then she was bac

Ive got a wee Whippet pup mate. I never used to read the lurcher section because every 10th post was 'show us yer bull x's' People have different dogs for different reasons be it for the quarry they take or the amount of space they have to house it. A whippet was the perfect choice for me, quarry is rabbits when ferreting and it stays in the house so had to be small-ish. If it ain't a bull x it ain't worth having...........

Anybody going the Edinburgh tattoo this year? I've no seen it before and thought driving people about for it would be a good way to see it. But now that I've seen EVERY rehearsal and a few performances Im bored out my tits. If you see it on tv watch out for the Germans, they are no right in the head honestly hahahaha

Just spoke to a lady down the street asking how her new german shepherd pup is as she got it last week and it's now 8weeks old. She told me she was selling it as she found put she was pregnant just before she got it????? She also has the brother and is considering selling him because he isnt house trained. FFS some people are mental. I hear about stiff like this all the tone

Brian 911- where have you came from? I've never heard of you. You ask questions and then start to insult the people giving you the answers. How Would you know who was married, single have kids or not? If your ferrets live on saps then so be it but I can vouch that the one is nt single, has kids and bums f**k out of his ferrets. But feeds them well!!!! You must have 911 in your name because you've got it on speed dial everytime you get filled in for being a complete twat. c**ts like you wreck this place

Working all weekend at the Edinburgh tattoo, driving VIPs about like a free taxi service. Hopefully get a few hours on Sunday off so might see what I can get upto

I do know that spaying may increase the weight but I've got no choice as she got caught by a neighbours dog in my back garden that was looses last time she was in season and I had to get the jab. Not risking it. The missus was giving her snacks so weve stopped that and I've got her out twice as much as usual. You and your raw meat haha

Everybody going on about how shite pedigree chum is. Is this the pedigree tinned meat? I've got the pup on pedigree dried food with a meat mixed as I had her on bakers but she wouldn't eat it. This would be good enough for her now? She gets mince aswell every now an then and sardines etc. Also what's the score with meat and bones such as chicken wings? I always though chicken bones splinter when cooked. I feed the ferrets raw chicken wings but worried to risk it with the dogs

Just watched it. Got to say I'm very impressed with the way that guy handles the hounds. He seems to really care about them- feeding the slow eating dogs first etc. And the they were with the young deer, not one was tempted. Doesn't carry a whip for nothing though, must of took a few cracks for them to be that way. Very informative program

Religious, racist and personal views aside....... If Muslims are allowed to wear burka's that cover their faces in public then everybody else should be allowed to wear a balaclava or motorcycle helmet..... Were not so they shouldn't be. My lab bitch got caught by a stray alsation while she was in my back garden. The bas tard jumped my back fence while I was in the garage, I seen it jump the fence and by the time I got over to it, it had mounted and I proceeded to give it a size 9 to the forehead. Straight to the vets for the jag. Took the bill round to the owners house and got him (with some slight persuasion) to pay for the jag.
