    Some carbon fibre cylinders only have a 15yr life span, mine has ! Other carbon fibre cylinders can have a 20yr life span then they can not be retested, steel cylinders don't have an end of life.

    As I have asked, what have you being using in your career as a pest controller? What distances are you used to shooting at ?

    Don't take this as a insult but your knowledge is very low on the capabilities of a air rifle in either sub 12 or fac levels in any calibre, if as you have stated you are a professional pest controller, what have you actually used in the past to carry out your duties in such a role, or is this whole thread on the forum a wind up.

    .22 or .25 either will be more than enough, .22 running anywhere from 12 _ 32 or even sub 12 for the distance you've mentioned.

    The hw100 does not perform that good at fac levels, my advice would be keep it sub 12, or sell it & buy something more suitable to fac levels

    Good to get out & bag something with your new gun Chris, well done both of you, there's a red t20 torch at mine you can have, along with mount, rat tail switch & a few good rechargeable batteries, I won't be using them again ! Regards Sean

    I've just sold mine, problem free after a year's regular use, well worth buying, I bought mine 2nd hand from a mate, my advice is use it properly, regular oil & filter services, & buy the extra oil & water separator, not to loud, they work great, I only sold mine due to getting a great deal on my coltri mch6.

    It will be either the fill valve or the oring where the cylinder screws into the action, easy fix, I've just repaired 1 for someone 2 days ago, if you were local I would have said fetch it over !

Surely if you sold the prosport / the hw100 & the charge kit, and the bit money you've paid off the crown already you will have enough to buy the crown now , unless you've wasted or gave them away, what you doing for a charge kit ?

    If your refering to a gun safe, it's logical! To make sure you lock it , keys should not be able to removed when unlocked Safety first
