    My shooting partner has exactly the same set up gun and scope in .177 and he loves it . What pellets are you using ?

    H I Try cleaning the barrel first . H&N are terrible in mine but rws superfields are good or even better falcon accuracy plus 625fps and fly very flat

    Yes mate I have R10 .177 and a HW100kt .22 out of the two HW 100 kt wins hands down .

    I Am thinking about getting one but been told the synthetic stock that you can feel more recoil, is that true or not .

    That's the trouble with the older R 10 ,you had to spend another £200 on them to have them working like they should and to make them shorter. HW100kt out of the box no need for any work . Average Weight of a R10 is 3.1 kg , average weight HWKT 3.2kg so not a lot in it.

    I think a R10 and a HW100KT or KS weigh about the same . The new R 10 with the up dated reg are a lot better than the MK 1 or MK2 the older ones. At the end of the day both guns are very good but for me HW 100KT is far better in quite a few ways. I have both by the way.

    I have been asked by several fishermen if I can go and shoot herons and cormorants ,i have said you cant go round shooting any thing you like ,there reply was well we will go and buy a airgun then and do it our self's .
