  5. your right there, its surprising how many people make a big deal out of dispatching a rabbit by trying to chop it around the neck, takes some 2 or 3 chops for them to be sure its dead,i dont favour this method. cheers, jay. if its done correctly it only takes one chop but i know what you mean cause iv seen it done the wrong way and people chopping 2 or 3 times to kill the rabbit.
  6. handle them all the time pal i got a big albino of a lad off here and he was a biter when i got him he drew blood a good number of times but after a few months of constant handling him it sorted him out iv also got a couple of kits and one of them locked on to me a couple of month ago it does hurt but you just have to keep handling them while there young so that it doesnt become a problem when its older try giving them a bit of food out of your hand thats what i do with mine and there all fine now i havent been bit for ages good luck

  10. i desided to have another trip out for a few hours this afternoon with the ferret and dogs i gave my nephew a ring to see if he wanted to have a walk out he didnt take much persuading so we set off out about 4.30pm after he'd finished school and headed to a place a few miles from where we live but when we got to the spot there was a building site there i couldnt belive it there used to be a good few rabbits there to but now there building a few houses on the land so a quick change of plans and off to another place that holds a few rabbits we got there and the first set we tried was a 2 hole t
