    Good to hear the dogs are still getting worked , hope the wee mans back in action to hunt them himself next season . It will be breaking his heart more than anything that he canny get hunting the hounds .

    Don't know if what your trying to say is that I entered the dog to early taz ? But as he was near 2 year old wouldn't say it was to early . Kept him to handy places in his first season , well rested and cared for . Dog done really well , when it was stepped up a gear in his second season he was useless , 5 minute wonder

    Had a dog couple seasons back supposedly outta copper lines , one season wonder . Started off really well and ended up useless.

    Know the feeling g , the father of the stout dog was a cracking dog too . Lost him after a cracking good dig , was a touch of wheaten in him way back . Id say its over 10 years ago

    Them pointer crosses wer real good stuff rags , Pete , was there the day the litter mate to them was shot . Was down lifting pups from a mating outta a terrier dog we had at the time think the stout dog was one of them if I'm right

    Might be nothing wrong way the dogs mouth but there obviously is way yours . Maybe if you weren't out killing cubs the dog wouldn't get injured
